YOUTH INDIA FOUNDATION
Youth India Foundation (YIF) is a social entrepreneurship platform where youth from all over the nation unites at college, state, and national level to implement their skills and knowledge in order to develop social entrepreneurship models. YIF establishes an ecosystem for students at the college level and helps them to create their own social entrepreneurship startups in order to provide permanent solutions to the community. Thereby, the foundation facilitates students to learn how to build and conceive their own revenue-generating models along with imparting knowledge of the corporate environment by situating students in the departments of HR, IT, PR, Finance, and Marketing. Youth India Foundation is an entity registered under the Indian Trusts Act, of 1882. It is India’s largest youth-driven social entrepreneurship platform and is operating in 70+ college chapters across 7+ states PAN India. We try to bring change for a better tomorrow. It is a place where we endeavor to meet our expectations of an “Incredible India’’.
IDEA BEHIND YOUTH INDIA
Youth India Foundation (YIF) envisages a future for India in which youth will work with all their potential to make their dreams come true. Every individual's effort helps bring forth a change. YIF encourages the budding entrepreneurs to make their dream start-up turn into reality. Each state has its own initiative which is completely run by the students and helps them to gain practical knowledge on how start-ups work and teaches them to run their own revenue generation models.
WHAT DO WE DO?
YIF has successfully built a community that empowers itself while benefiting society. We aim to develop better leaders for tomorrow and provide them with an environment that helps them nurture their own startup ideas along with gaining corporate experience in their own choice of domain. Our recent projects are on a mission to create a permanent impact in the areas of education and employment. The current seven states tirelessly work to create social impact by uplifting youth pan India. On the other hand, the Youth India Socio Enterprises group focuses on the constant growth of our initiatives and startups by seeking support from administration bodies like the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Startup India, and the governments of respective states.
OUR KEY FOCUS AREAS
Social Entrepreneurship The organization's objective has always been to assist young minds by making it simpler for them to enter the field of entrepreneurship. Hence, at YIF, we combine science and innovation to give students access to a setting that supports them in starting their own businesses. These social entrepreneurship startups ensure to provide permanent solutions to our community in the domains of education and employment. Students from all academic backgrounds are urged to learn how startups function in order to become better future leaders.
Skill Development
The organization guarantees the full development of the student as a person in addition to giving them access to an entrepreneurial environment. We give them a corporate management framework to enable them to carry out their daily tasks. The organization divides students into IT, HR, PR, Finance, and Marketing departments to familiarize them to the disciplines they truly want to work in. YIF operates on both a national and state level. Along with the organization's outreach team, we make sure that we consistently assist the less fortunate through our social events and charitable drives.

KEY IMPACT AND OUR MAJOR PROJECTS
Lectureship series with renowned dignitaries like Sam Pitroda- Father of the IT revolution; Shri. V.K. Pandian, secretary to the CM, Odisha; Sudhir Choudhary, Former CEO- of Zee News; Mr. Anil Swarup, Former secretary to govt. of India etc. Grooming of 15 startups Pan-India out of which 3 have been successfully registered and are at their optimum functioning. National level sessions for skill development of 7000+ students every year. 70+ operational chapters in prestigious colleges across the nation. Pan-India COVID relief drives which helped more than 4000+ people across the country. Accomplishment of several highly anticipated national-level events that attracted an overwhelming number of students, with an estimated attendance of 10,000 students at each event. The E-School initiative of Youth India Foundation along with Vedanta India has collaborated with Mo School and District Administration of Sundargarh to revolutionize the day-to-day operations of 50 high schools in the Sundargarh district. It has been registered as Youth India E-School Pvt Ltd and is creating digital infrastructure and state-of-the-art quality educational content. Principal consultants to TATA chemicals. The foundation has partnered with the ncourage Foundation to work on the TATA Swach initiative in order to install drink-from-tap water facilities in rural and suburban areas.Youth India Socio-Enterprises (YISE)
Oversees the formation of businesses and takes care of theestablishment of a group of companies. These companies are nothing but initiatives started by the peopleof the organization. YISE is currently grooming 15 startups out of which 3 are already registered as private limited companies. It is established to empower budding entrepreneurs to kick start their own startup ideas and provides them an easy pathway to generate funds on their own. Some of our startupsare mentioned below:
Youth India E-School
YIES was inaugurated by Late Dr Bijoy Kumar Sahoo, Chairman of Sai International group. It is one of our first startups which has been registered as a Pvt. Ltd. Company. E-School uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to enable our platform with the sustainability expected of a virtual educational ecosystem, along with the efficiency and accuracy of a world- class learning management system and a top-notch assessment management system with the delivery of the highest quality of education aimed to include the less financially fortunate students. Through digitizationand the participation of students from marginalized communities, Youth India E-School seeks to change the perception of the educational sector in India.
What E-School Offers
Academic resources and services like a learning management system and assessment management areall included in our e- school platform. Teachers may accurately arrange their lesson plans, give homework, schedule quizzes, clarify student questions and deliver lectures at any time and any place. In addition, it allows teachers to have complete control over how the course progresses, including scheduling and carrying out assessments, quizzes, and assignments.

It is a start-up initiative under the group of enterprises by Youth Indiafoundation which strives to reduce the complicated recruitment Procedures by reducing the complexities in it through our systematic operations and quality services. We create a change of resources and networks that connect companies directly with the students and job aspirants.It has created a software to ease the process of recruitment, onboarding and management of job applicants. It also aims to set up placement cells in both private and public colleges of India in order to connect job seekerswith job providers.
Youth India IT Solutions
Youth India IT Solutions is a team of IT professionals that provides Informatics support to all kinds ofMNCs to improve and develop their management systems. The startup offers services like technical support, software development, application programming,software designing, user interface designing etc. to ensure optimum digital transformation of the client.
Your Friend
Your Friend was the first social enterprise initiative of its own kind focusing on the mental health of people, which has become a serious and major issue in the recent world. It is India's first online student-run mental health platform where people of any age can obtain help. It was recognised by its collaborator Fortis Chain of Hospitals in the first 6 months of its inception. It works with a diligent team of psychology students along with the advisory panel of clinical andcounseling psychologists. In simpler words, it's a place where one can bring in any issue that's bothering them and talk about it with a trained team of representatives and mental health personnel.
E-Commerce
The E-Commerce platform is a unique initiative by the Youth India Foundation, meant to provide job opportunities for every person in society and promote the sale of home-made artisanal and consumable products. The main goal of this project is to provide an online market for low-income households that thrive on selling homemade products and provide scale to their business. These products can be marketed as cultural and authentic as well as socially responsible and environmentally sustainable.
Kala Tirth
Kala Tirth is an initiative by Youth Tamil Nadu, which will be providing a platform, in the form of a website allowing artists from all over the country to register for free on a trial basis and with a basic free plan provision where they will be putting their art/artwork for sale on the website. We intend to spread our roots starting from art to crafts from all across the country as well. We want to create a smooth experience for the buyer as well by providing all related details in a very systematic manner.

Mission
Since India is a country that depends majorly on its populous youth, quality education, and adequate employment ought to be ensured to the youth for the nation’s development; it is particularly a necessitywhen there is a perpetual increase in the number of young educated people who all aspire to compete to meet the common judgment standards when it is impossible to employ them all. To provide an influential initiative in solving this problem, the Youth India Foundation takes it as its mission to create India’s first youth-driven social entrepreneurship platform where we focus on bridgingscience and innovation with social service and welfare.
ACHIEVEMENTS OF YOUTH INDIA FOUNDATION - SVC
We have organized various successful events and speaker sessions at the YouthIndia Foundation- SVC.
INGENIOUS: INGENIOUS was an Online Open Mic comprising 4 genres: - Sama (Singing Competition) - Guffaw (Standup Comedy Competition) - Inayaat (Poetry Competition) - and Daastan(Storytelling Competition). We also collaborated with ‘The Talent House’ and, had a guest for the evening Gurleen Pannu, afamous Standup Comedian. SNEAK SEEKERS: SNEAK SEEKERS was where we provided the participants with a virtual platform where they could have their childhood memories refreshed. They were provided withclues and hints to get the correct answer. Different rounds had different themes like movies, company logos, and even memes. We also had Kanav, a famous singer, as our event's guest. SPEAKER SESSION: AFSARNAMA We also organized a Speaker Session by Mr. Abhishek Singh, an IAS in collaboration with Exordium, The Civil Services Cell of Sri Venkateswara College. INTER COLLEGE EVENT: GROUP DISCUSSION event which is conducted between Daulat Ram College {YIF Maurice Nagar Chapter} and Sri Venkateswara College {YIF SVC Chapter} students on anonline platform where more than 80+ students participated and teacher of DU where the judge of the event. This event helps in the holistic growth of not only our members but also the students who participated. FUN INTERACTIVE EVENT: Stalls were set up in the TEDxSVC event where a few brainstorming games were played with all the students of our college and they made a fewmemorable memoriesAchievements of Youth India Foundation
