    Organizational Activities
    
    External examiner to conduct viva-voce of PhD thesis by student of Barkatulla University, Bhopal in 2000-01
    
    Editor of college magazine ‘Neerajana’ from 2007-08 and 2008-09. Editor of Hindi section of magazine in 2005-06 and 2013-14. Generating and directing core content, contributing towards magazine theme and design inputs. 
    
    Member, Executive committee – Hindi Parishad. Organized ‘Hasya Kavi Sammelan’ in 2010. Eminent poets like  Surendra Sharma and many others presented their humorous works. The event was a great success.
    
    Assistant programme coordinator for UKIERI (UK India Educational Research Initiative) study India programme organized by University of Delhi in 2010 and 2011 involving students from several Universities of UK for academic and cultural exchange. Organized Hindi teaching workshop and classical dance presentations for the visiting students. 
    
    Member – Fine arts association of college. Actively involved in annual college function ‘Nexus’ for organizing events like ‘Hindi RachnatmakPratiyogita’, ‘Hindi Vaad Vivad’ etc

    Directed a play by Japanese students titled ‘Angulimaal’ on 10th January 2018 at Indian Embassy in Japan on the occasion of ‘Vishwa Hindi Diwas’

    Awarded the following five Gold Medals:
    
    i)	ChaubeyMukata Prasad Gold Medal for obtaining the highest percentage of marks in Hindi at the B.A.(Part II Hons.) and M.A. Examinations.
    
    ii)	Shitla Prasad Srivastava Memorial Gold Medal for obtaining the highest marks in Hindi at the B.A. Part II Examination of 1981.
    
    iii)	Srimati Man Mohini Sapru Memorial Gold Medal for obtaining the highest marks in the Essay paper among the successful women candidates of B.A. Part II Examination of 1982.
    
    iv)	Chandra  Mohini Kaul Memorial Gold Medal for being the best Girl Student in Hindi securing First Class Marks in B.A.(Hons.) Examination of 1982.
    
    v)	Rai Rajeshwar Bali Gold Medal for being the best B.A.(Hons.) student in Hindi for the year 1982.
