Students' Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)
In accordance with the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023 and approval of the Vice-Chancellor, University of Delhi, the Students Grievances Redressal Committee(s) (SGRC) of Sri Venkateswara College is hereby constituted w.e.f. 06th June 2023. Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) aims to provide opportunities for redressal of certain grievances of students already enrolled in any institution, as well as those seeking admission to such institutions, and a mechanism thereto. The grievances may be submitted both online and offl ine. Student(s) with grievance may write to the committee directly at sgrc@svc.ac.in. Complaints may be submitted offline through the complaint box installed in the foyer of the college. Kindly mention the following details while submitting your complaint : name, course, roll number, contact number and e-mail ID.
The responsibility of the committee shall be as per University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023.
