    •	Selected as one of the twenty Indian supervisors for the year 2014-15, 2015-20176; 2016-17 to host a researcher among candidates from 33 developing countries under the scheme on Research Training Fellowship for Developing Country Scientists (RTF-DCS) selected by NAM S&T Centre, Govt. of India.
    
    •	Only Indian to receive the prestigious Nuffic Fellowship from 2008-2012 from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs to pursue PhD from Wageningen University, the Netherlands to work on the “Temporal dynamics of molecular, chemical and morphological induced responses in Indian Mustard (Brassica juncea)”.
    
    •	Received travel award for Promising Researcher at the ISCE annual meeting held on 31st July-4th August 2010 in I.R.B.I.-CNRS- University of Tours, France. 
    
    •	Only Indian to receive the UEB French mobility grant for international laureates (Autumn 2009) from April- August 2010 to perform research on the “effects of nectar in Brassica juncea on the behavior and longevity of above- and belowground parasitoids” University of Rennes, France.
    
    •	Cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) for eligibility for the post of Assistant Professorship held on 22nd June 2003.
    
    •	Recipient of Smt. Sushila Devi Memorial award in October 2000 for obtaining highest marks in Ecology & Zoogeography paper in B.Sc.
